EHP Message on Coronavirus

With many questions and uncertainties surrounding the coronavirus, which causes the disease COVID-19, we are taking this opportunity to remind you that good health practices are essential in trying to contain the spread of the disease. If you are in a vulnerable population – an older individual or a person with a chronic disease – you should be especially careful. Please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website or the Pennsylvania Department of Health website for more information on how to best protect yourself and your family.

EHP’s physical office in McMurray, PA, will close until further notice, effective Monday, March 16.  However, you may still contact us at 724-260-5504 or at info [at] and we will respond.

The Environmental Health Project (EHP) is a nonprofit public health organization that assists and supports residents of Southwestern Pennsylvania and beyond who believe their health has been, or could be, impacted by unconventional oil and gas development (UOGD or “fracking”). Our team of medical professionals, community service professionals, and public health scientists is here to help!

Click on one of the icons below to learn how UOGD can affect your health and environment, and find out what you can do to protect yourself.
